CESP LED Lighting team was called upon to assess the lighting energy efficiency in Dubai steel factory for a full LED industry lighting upgrade in all areas including manufacturing, storage, office and open yard. The main objective was to reduce unnecessary energy consumption, maintenance labour, improving the quality of light and creating a safer working environment.

The existing factory light is 400W Metal Halide lamp with different brands( total quantity 1800pcs), after retrofitting ,CESP lighting team only use 60% light fitting quantity and 40% power consumption ,to achieve 2.5 times higher lumen efficiency than before.

Using a combination of LED highbays light, LED canopies, LED downlights, LED panel light, and LED floodlights, CESP LED Lighting team was able to dramatically reduce lighting consumption and power costs by a remarkable average of 63%.
